Contest Format
Introduction Round: This is your opportunity to get the judges attention. Walk the ramp and share a little bit about yourself with the audience. Be ready to say one line about how you relate (or not) with Bollywood and what/who inspires you.
Talent Round: Contestants selected for this round will get an opportunity to do a 1 minute act to demonstrate their talent. Make it fun and creative to wow the judges!
Final Round: Top 5 Finalists will get the opportunity to display their finest ethnic wear and participate in the final question/answer round. Each contest will be judged based on their answers to judges questions. So contestants will have to put their thinking cap on!
There will be a mandatory Contest Preparation session on Fri, April 27th from 7-8pm (**Note New Date/Time) at Bollywood Shake Studio (10700 Anderson Mill Rd, #208, Austin, TX).
Contestants will be coached on walk/ positioning on the stage and ramp with music. They will also learn 1-2 simple choreographed routines.
Rules and Regulations
1. One entry per contestant
2. MUST register prior to the deadline to participate
3. Contestants are on a first come basis and the number of contestants is limited.
4. Judges decisions will be final
5. Bollywood Shake reserves the right to refuse participation to any contestant on the day of the event
