Ruchika Dias - Founder, CEO

Bollywood Shake was started by Ruchika Dias in 2009 because of her passion for dance and teaching. Ruchika Dias has been trained in Indian classical dance and has choreographed and participated in several performances including Bollywood, hip-hop and Indian classical/folk dances going back to when she was very little. Ruchika Dias also has a Masters in Computer Engineering and an MBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
After successfully growing and expanding Bollywood Shake in the Austin area, Ruchika is now focussing on getting the Bollywood Shake Houston operations up and running. Her dream is to take Bollywood Shake all over the US and bring Bollywood dancing to the mainstream.

_Shruti Anand - Austin Area Business Partner/Head of Operations

Shruti has undertaken training in classical Indian dance form "Bharatnatyam" from a young age of 6 yrs old. As she grew up in the "capital city of Bollywood" Mumbai, she was presented with several opportunities to learn and perform other Indian folk and Bollywood Dance Styles as well. Although she was academically engrossed in pursuing an Engineering career, after completing her Master's degree, Shruti got back to her true passion - Bollywood dancing.
Shruti recently took over as the Head of Operations for the Bollywood Shake Austin location. She also works full-time as an Electrical Engineer in Austin's rich semiconductor industry.

Khushbu Guggarigoudar - Creative/Artistic Director
Khushbu is a trained dancer with over 15 years of dance experience. She is experienced in all Indian dance forms including Bharatnatyam, Kathak, folk dances and Bollywood. She studied dance at the Nalanda Dance Institute in Mumbai and has brought her passion for dance all the way to Texas!. Besides being a dancer, Khushbu is also an artist and paints in her free time.
Khushbu has been a part of Bollywood Shake from the very beginning and is an integral part of the organization. She has spearheaded all the creative aspects of the company from the creative direction of the classes and choreography to designing the logo and flyers.
_Jessika Zamora - Senior Instructor/Choreographer (Austin)
Jessika has been dancing since she was a little girl and has experience in various dance forms such as ballet, hip-hop, jazz, salsa and Bollywood. She has been teaching Bollywood dancing for over 2 years. Her passion for dance can be seen in her performances when she pours her heart out on the stage!
Jessika is currently a Senior Instructor at Bollywood Shake and teaches various classes from kids classes to workout classes. She also enjoys choreographing dances for class and performances. For her day job, Jessika works full-time as a Designer at Crate and Barrel.
