Terms and Conditions

Bollywood Shake reserves the right of admission to all its classes.
Classes purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Make-up classes are allowed in special circumstances. Approval from instructor required.
Students must inform the instructor about any past or current medical conditions. It is the student's responsibility to pace themselves in class according to their fitness level. Bollywood Shake is not liable for any injuries incurred.
Bollywood Shake class instructors, levels, timings and rules and regulations are subject to change without prior notice and all decisions made by Bollywood Shake will be final and binding.
Students will require Bollywood Shake's written and/or verbal permission in order to replicate in part or whole the dance steps/routines taught in Bollywood Shake classes.
Bollywood Shake reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule a particular class due to unforeseen circumstances. Bollywood Shake will make all attempts to notify students in advance, whenever possible, and will schedule make-up classes.
No expired class cards will be accepted in class.
Class cards will NOT be accepted in workout classes anymore.
A $25 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
A $10 fee will be assessed for all credit card transactions that fail via the autopay process. Please let us know in advance of any changes to your credit card information including expirations.
Multiple offers cannot be combined when availing of a special offer.
When a student cancels their autopay enrollment, they will lose their autopay rate. When they rejoin, they will be signed up at the current autopay rate being offered.
Autopay enrollments can be paused for a cost of $15/month which will allow the student to retain their autopay rate when they return.
