New Secure Automated Monthly Payments

We are offering a new secure system to automate monthly tuition payments for the convenience of our students. Students who sign up for Automated Recurring Monthly Tuition payments will pay a low monthly fee. For your convenience, this amount will be billed automatically to the student's credit card on the 1st of every month.

To sign up please stop by our studio during office hours or email us at info@bollywoodshake.com to let us know a convenient time to call to get you set up.
A signed Credit Card Authorization form will be required for this which can be filled out and signed at our studio on or before you first day of class.

Note: A 2-month commitment is required for automated payments. Tuition for the first 2 months will be prepaid after which the recurring monthly payments will start.
The prepaid tuition is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

To cancel your Automated Monthly Tuition payments (after the first 2 months), please fill out the Tuition Cancellation form 15 days before your next billing date.
